Refund policy
All prints are specially made on request for each individual customer, I do not keep stock. I therefore allow a five hour cancellation time during which you can simply request cancellation just because you have had a change of heart, it can happen to all of us, so no questions asked.
After the five hours have elapsed, your order will be handed over to the printing services and produced and shipped directly to you, which is why I DO NOT accept returns. Each premium print undergoes scrupulous quality control to ensure perfect conditions prior to shipping. I do, however want all my customers to leave my shop happy, so please, feel free to contact me if despite our best efforts to prevent it, there has been a physical damage or defect due to printing and we will find a solution together.
